Follow these steps to add Supplier Questionnaires to your sourcing activity within the sourcing wizard.
Step 1: Select Supplier Questionnaires
- Navigate to the Supplier Questionnaires page, which will typically be the 5th page of the Sourcing Wizard if you included Supplier Questionnaires on the first page.
- Select the questionnaires you would like to include in your activity from the table.
Step 2: Add to Activity
- Once you’ve selected the desired questionnaires, click the "Add To Activity" button to add them to your sourcing activity.
Step 3: View Selected Questionnaires
- You can review which questionnaires you’ve added in the Selected Supplier Questionnaires table, located below the main table.
- To remove a questionnaire, click the delete icon next to the questionnaire in the table.
Step 4: Use Filters to Find Specific Questionnaires
- To quickly locate specific questionnaires, use the table’s filters.
- You can search by the user who originally created the questionnaire.
Step 5: Preview Questionnaire Details
- To view the details of a questionnaire, click the eye icon next to the questionnaire entry.
- A popup will show the questionnaire’s questions, categories, and weightings.
